We only collect what you give us in the registration form and what you choose to share in the room, which typically includes your name, email address, business or role details, and what you are looking for from the room.

Our email and form provider records standard technical details such as your IP address and the time you submitted the form, and whether you opened or clicked our emails.

• To confirm your spot and send you the event link and reminders.
• To send you the post-event connection list if you opted in.
• To tell you about future editions of The Overlap and related events, where you have agreed to hear from us.
• To keep records that show you consented and to answer your requests.

Our legal bases are your consent (event emails, marketing and inclusion in the connection list), performance of your request to attend the event, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the event.

Attendees who opt in are included in a connection list shared with other attendees after the event. Sharing is voluntary: if you do not opt in, your details are not included. You can ask us to remove you from a list at any time by emailing support@irresistibleevents.io, and we will remove you from future lists.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the event and our emails, such as our registration and email platform and the video conferencing service used to host the room. Those providers process your data on our instructions, and transfers outside your country are covered by their standard contractual safeguards.

We keep your registration and contact details for as long as you stay subscribed to hear from us, and for a reasonable period afterwards to show consent and handle requests. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Depending on where you live, including the UK and the EEA under the GDPR, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent whenever you want, including by using the unsubscribe link in any email, and that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded registration form is provided by our form platform and may set cookies that are necessary for the form to work and to prevent spam submissions.
